Some cases require close contact and frequent questions and concerns will arise.
To accommodate the need for ongoing support, this monthly subscription plan will allow for weekly support and messaging.
It includes:
- 2 text/voice conversations on Voxer per week, 15-30 minutes each.
- Messages will be read and answered Mon-Thurs 9 am - 7 pm EST, Fri 9 am - 12 pm EST, not including holidays.
- Must be a current patient who has been seen for an initial consult.
- Time/minutes will NOT be rolled over to next month.
- Credit card will be billed on the 1st of the month.
Voxer is an easy app to download. It allows for text, voice, pictures and short video messages that can be saved in your file to refer back to.
Once payment is received you will receive an invitation to Voxer.
If at anytime Dr. Josie deems that a more thorough progress consultation is required, she will ask you to schedule one.
